Rick came on a Sunday to replace a broken spring and ended up re-adjusting everything!
The chain was loose, the supports were misaligned, and the cables were frayed.
The rails were misaligned and the right support was falling off the ceiling.
He replaced the wood support. In less than 2 hours and an extremely reasonable price, we were back in business.
The door doesn’t buck anymore and it runs smoothly and quietly.
He actually weighed the door, too.

He made sure we had the proper spring for the weight of the door.
